Information for the Staff
Interested in working for the Bahari Bay Bistro? That's great! I'm hiring and probably will be for quite a while, as my employees aren't always on at the same time as I am. I will try to find a way to show if I'm on AJ or not, so you know to come to my den and ask if I'm hiring.
If you are a current member of the staff, you should already know that what we are aiming for at this restaurant is a great dining experience. When I go to restaurants on Animal Jam, I want it to seem real-life, as if I were at a real restaurant. Certain restaurants have blown me away with how well they've been managed. I want to do the same thing with the bistro.
In case you're unfamiliar with the word, "bistro" means a small restaurant.
Anyways, the job of the employees is to provide an enjoyable experience for Jammers who decide to try our fabulous seafood. Employees should be enthusiastic, welcoming, and friendly. In addition, in order to ensure that the employees can carry out their job in the correct manner, MY job is to make sure that my employees are happy. "If there are any problems," I always tell my employees, "please let me know, if I'm here, or [jam-a-gram] me if I'm out trying to find customers." Usually, there aren't too many problems, but there have been a few.
While I can't pay my employees with real money, there are two other options of pay. I can, if you provide good service, give you a few RIMs (if you're interested) or I can give you a couple items that, when recycled, equal an appropriate amount of gems for your work. Please let me know, when I hire you, which method of pay you would like. Or, you can just make it simpler and I'll give you fake money, as part of a roleplay.
In addition, there is a specific employee uniform. It consists of a chef hat and a white graduation gown. The top positions in the restaurant wear sparkly blue rare boas. Other positions may not wear these boas. It is recommended that employees are deer, with any color, but it does not matter much. We are working to create a non-member uniform.

I'm now currently doing a one-person restaurant, using 2 accounts, so I won't be needing staff for a while, as business has been slow lately.
